We view our profession as an art form and with great reverence. This also means we do not carry or sell any form of drug paraphernalia in our retail shop as we feel it has no place in our industry. We hire people with good ethics and a great value system so that our clients will be treated kindly. We do all genital piercings. We are not publishing them on this website, but you are welcome to stop by the studio to see photos.
SAFETY
Nathan’s Anthems has an APP (Association of Professional Piercers) Piercer at the studio full-time. The APP demands very high standards to grant membership, and this is something we are very excited about! We also have a studio set up to APP standards with a separate bio room, non-porous surfaces in all work areas, and more. The best Piercers in the world are our friends and colleagues. We attend exclusive and advanced training courses with them. Body Piercers from Nathan’s Anthems and Nathan’s Tattoos in L.A. are constantly attending exclusive Advanced Technique seminars to improve our skills and knowledge. Few Piercers in the industry put the time, effort, money and heart into this like we do.
We believe that only through continuous education of both our customers and ourselves will we be able to provide the highest quality piercings possible. All of our Piercers and Apprentices take advanced training courses and attend seminars year-round. We learn the newest techniques, proper jewelry and aftercare, as well as interface with our colleagues who are looked upon as some of the best Piercers in the world. Nathan’s Tattoos and Nathan’s Anthems have been sending large numbers of Piercers to the Association of Professional Piercers annual conference every year. This year, we are sending 7 Piercers! Our walls are covered with certificates of these training seminars, which cost a lot of money to attend, but in the long run we feel it’s best for our clients
